new cards......finally!

HI!
HOPE EVERYONES WELL! TODAY I WANTED TO SHOW YOU A CARD THAT I MADE FOR MY GRANDAD FOR HIS 85TH BIRTHDAY!
I USED MAGNOLIA'S 'IS THIS YOUR EGG?' RUBBER STAMP AND THE TEXT IS BY MOLLY BLOOM STAMPS. I TRIED NOT TO MAKE IT TOO GIRLY, BUT I ALWAYS STRUGGLE WHEN I MAKE CARDS FOR MEN BECAUSE I LIKE MY FLOWERS AND GLITTER SO MUCH!

i havn't been around for a while, so i thaught it was about time i re-appeared before you forgot all about me! i have been trying to get some christmas cards made for my family and friends, so i thaught i would share a few, they are mainly magnolia but i went to the nec craft show and have fallen in love with the lili of the valley stamps....they are gorgeous!

belles n whistles!

hope you are all well today on this chilly Tuesday afternoon!
I have decided to have a go at becoming a design team member for belles n whistles!
I really hope I get a position as I love the beautiful stamps and it would truly be a tremendous honour to be part of the team! this is the card i came up with, i really love these colours together. I will keep my fingers and everything else crossed!

THINKING OF YOU AND TILDA WITH WINGS!

HOPE YOU ARE ALL WELL ON THIS FINE SUNDAY EVE! I FINALLY FOUND SOME CRAFTING TIME TODAY AND MANAGED TO MAKE A WHOLE 2 CARDS! WOW! IT SEEMS LIKE AGES SINCE I LAST PICKED UP MY WATERCOLOURS! ANYWAY.... THE FIRST CARD WAS MADE USING TWO OF THE NEW HOPPY EASTER MAGNOLIA STAMPS, AND THE OLD OAK TREE MAGNOLIA STAMP. THE IMAGES WERE COLOURED USING DERWENT WATERCOLOUR PENCILS. I LOVE ALL OF THE NEW HOPPY EASTER STAMPS, I WAS TRYING TO GET THE WHOLE SET BUT NOW THEY HAVE RELEASED THE FAIRYTALE COLLECTION ITS A NEVER ENDING BATTLE, BUT I WILL WIN!



THE SECOND CARD WAS MADE USING TILDA WITH WINGS AND MINI TILDA. I AM ENTERING THIS CARD INTO THE JUST MAGNOLIA ANYTHING GOES CHALLENGE. BOTH IMAGES WERE AGAIN COLOURED WITH DERWENT WATERCOLOURS. THE PAPERS ARE BASIC GREY ORIGINS, AND THE CHARM IS A BUTTERFLY WHICH I HAD FROM BUNNY ZOE'S CRAFTS AND THE GLITTER IS STICKLES. HOPE YOU LIKE THEM BOTH! THANKS FOR LOOKING!
